If you are a UK/EU consumer, you have the legal right, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to cancel your order within fourteen (14) working days following your receipt of the goods or the date on which we begin provision of the services. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
International customers may cancel their order within seven (7) working days.

Items should be returned in their original condition for full refund.

There are no restocking fees or any charges to return an item.
Refunds are effected from 5 - 10 working days after the merchandise has been received by our returns centre. Please note that it may take up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your monthly statement. When your return is authorised, you will receive an email with the refund breakdown.
When you request a return, you will receive a "Return Authorisation" email. This emails contains detailed instructions on how to return your item(s), including instructions for return postage cost. Refunds are credited to the original method of payment and card used for purchase. If for some reason we are unable to refund to the original payment method we will contact you for an alternative refund method.
